20–Year Glass Seals & Leaks

Effective for all windows manufactured after January 1st, 1999 — All insulated glass used for FarNorth™ door and window units is warranted against seal failure, which causes obstruction of vision, by its manufacturer for twenty years from the date of original purchase. FarNorth™ will replace or repair defective glass on–site, labor FREE for two years from the date of original purchase (effective 1/1/99). In–shop glass replacement and reglazing will be provided FREE for the remaining eighteen years of the glass warranty (On–site charge for years 2–18).
